Lease Agreement Requirements

Must Include:

v Name of Landlord (property owner) and tenant(s)

v Contract dates :  move in/out (example: 1/01/09- 12/31/09)

v Address being rented

v Two clauses are required:

o    #1 The tenant must have water and sewer through IWSD.. Failure to have water and sewer is a public health issue, which would constitute a violation of the lease, and be grounds for eviction.

o   #2  Tenant may not sublet to anyone else, and should list who is residing at the address.  If a husband and wife are both on the lease, then both names should be listed on the IWSD account.

v Signatures are required of both landlord and tenants

* If lease is sent by fax the landlord must fax his/her ID*

ID Requirements

Must be a valid:

v U.S. Driver License or ID

v U.S. Passport

v U.S. Department of Homeland Security

v U.S. Department of Justice Permanent Resident Card

v Pink Resident Alien Card

v Passports – Mexico                   - Matricula

                        Guatemala              - Consular Id

                        Haiti

                        Venezuela

Requisitos del acuerdo de arriendo

Debe incluir:

v Nombre del propietario (dueño de característica) y de arrendatarios

v Fechas de contrato:  mueva in/out (ejemplo: 1/01/09- 12/31/09)

v Dirección que es alquilada

v Se requieren dos cláusulas:

o  #1 el arrendatario debe tener agua y alcantarilla con IWSD. La falta de tener agua y alcantarilla es una edición de la salud pública, que constituiría una violación del arriendo, y sea argumentos para el desahucio.

o #2  El arrendatario no puede subalquilar a cualquier persona, y debe enumerar quién está residiendo en la dirección.  Si marido y esposa está ambos en el arriendo, después ambos nombres se deben enumerar en la cuenta de IWSD.

v Las firmas se requieren de propietario y de arrendatarios

• Si el arriendo se envía por fax el propietario debe enviar por telefax su ID*

Requisitos de la identificación

Debe ser un válido:

v LOS E.E.U.U. Licencia de conductor o identificación

v LOS E.E.U.U. Pasaporte

v LOS E.E.U.U. Departamento de la seguridad de la patria

v LOS E.E.U.U. Ministerio de Justicia la tarjeta residente permanente

v Tarjeta extranjera residente rosada

v Pasaporte – Mexico                           - Matricula

                         Guatemala                      -  Tarjeta De Consular

                         Haiti

                        Venezuela
